Through our work with small and medium-sized enterprises, we saw firsthand how many organizations with strong missions, capable teams, and deep community impact were being excluded from the AI transition simply because they could not afford traditional consulting services.

As AI adoption accelerates, this gap risks widening existing economic and digital divides. Our founders created this consultancy to help close that gap—by making high-quality, responsible AI guidance accessible to organizations that would otherwise be left behind.

Camilla Balbis

Founding Partner — Governance & Strategy

Camilla is a policy researcher and AI safety specialist working at the intersection of technical literacy and governance. She is a SPAR Research Fellow with the AI and Cybersecurity Institute (TAICI) and a Policy Researcher with AI Governance & Safety Canada (AIGS), where her published research covers Canada's domestic preparedness for advanced AI. A certified ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Auditor with EU AI Act and cybersecurity training, she brings a rare fluency in both EU and North American regulatory frameworks as an Italian and Canadian citizen. She holds a Master of Global Affairs from the University of Toronto (Munk School) and completed postgraduate study at Oxford.

Ranjana Nagi

Founding Partner — Enablement & Training

Ranjana Nagi is a policy and innovation leader specializing in artificial intelligence strategy and public-sector transformation. Most recently, she served as a Team Lead within the Government of Canada, guiding data, analytics, and AI initiatives across multidisciplinary teams. Her work includes developing AI policy frameworks in public health and advancing organization-wide innovation programs. Ranjana brings a balance of strategic insight, technical literacy, and people-centered leadership. She holds a Master's in International Health Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
